Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phjljl platform available at phjljl.best. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of phjljl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
If there is any part of these terms you do not understand or do not agree with, you should not continue using phjljl. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Account Rules
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on phjljl. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or a different name entirely — is a violation of these terms. Duplicate accounts detected by phjljl will be closed and any associated balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and when updating your profile. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and email address. phjljl will use your registered details to process withdrawals, so the name on your account must match the name on your GCash, Maya, or bank account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phjljl will never ask for your password, GCash PIN, or online banking credentials through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify support immediately and change your password. phjljl is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login details secure.
Account Verification
phjljl may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at the time of withdrawal, at the request of a payment processor, or where required by applicable regulations. Requested documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may delay withdrawals until the process is concluded to phjljl's satisfaction.
Deposits
phjljl accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly at the point of transaction.
All deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments from another person's GCash, bank account, or card — are not permitted. Discovery of a third-party deposit may result in suspension of the account and return of funds to the originating source.
Deposits are generally credited to your phjljl balance within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. phjljl does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. If a deposit does not reflect after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Note: Funds deposited to phjljl are intended for gaming entertainment. phjljl does not offer interest on account balances and is not a financial institution. Deposited funds should reflect money you are comfortable using as entertainment expenditure.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at phjljl can be submitted through your account cashier at any time. Available withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, InstaPay bank transfer, PESONet, and direct credit to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank accounts.
Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered in your own name that matches your verified phjljl profile. Requests to send funds to a third-party account, an account under a different name, or an unverified payment method will not be processed until verification is complete.
Processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. InstaPay transfers generally arrive within 30 minutes. PESONet and direct bank credits may take until the next banking day depending on submission time. phjljl processes withdrawal requests throughout the day and does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.
- phjljl may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal to conduct additional verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to credit cards or prepaid cards issued outside the Philippines.
Bonuses and Promotions

Where a conflict exists between a general term in this document and a specific promotional term, the specific promotional term prevails for that offer.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus credit awarded by phjljl is subject to a wagering requirement before it or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each specific offer. Placing bets using certain game types or at certain odds thresholds may not contribute fully to wagering requirement completion — these restrictions are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse
phjljl monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit a promotion with low financial risk, or providing false information to qualify for a reward. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings removed, and may face permanent account closure.
Bonuses are offered as a player benefit, not as a guaranteed form of income. Wagering requirements mean that a bonus does not automatically convert to withdrawable cash. Always read the specific promotion terms before claiming an offer at phjljl.
Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjljl and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for a third party or acting as a payment intermediary.
